Triumph Trident 660

This windscreen is really top notch! The fit was great, and it looks pretty cool on my Trident 660 as compared to a lot of other ones I saw online. I recommend the slightly tinted screen which helps to cover up the brackets. The instructions were pretty basic, and install was a bit fiddly, but it went on OK. I recommend cutting the factory zip ties to make it easier to install underneath all the wiring and then just replace the zip ties after. A second set of hands also helps as trying to hold the part plus spacers and trying to screw it in place is really difficult with one person. Would buy again for a future motorcycle.

So I’m not gonna sugarcoat things, I gave it four stars because it’s a real pain to install. I left a negative review on another site because of the install process and I had some defects in the lense and did not reach out to the company about it. I consider the defects to be a minor annoyance which is why I did not contact Dart about it. Dart has took it upon themselves to send out a replacement lens, which I appreciate. Apparently this company stands behind their products so anyone who is interested in this, it will be a pain to install, but you can buy with confidence knowing that dart will stand behind it. The fly screen looks nice and if anybody else is having a hard time installing it, here’s some tips. First buy new m5x30mm bracket bolts with a larger head that accepts a 4 mm Allen key (the better bolt tip was given by the YouTube channel jRob Rides). Then get some masking tape or painters tape (something you can punch an allen key through easily). Tape the bolts and the standoffs to the bracket and then puncture the tape with the Allen keys, so you can screw in the bolt. This will keep everything in place while you attempt to screw in the brackets.

Love the screen works great looks the best my only issue was the mount bolts weren't strong enough the heads striped realy easily and the brackets didnt quiet fit right at the back needed some modifying
